A water leak from the shower & toilet cistern had destroyed the wall & floor. The bathroom has undergone a complete renovation which is now complete. The bathroom will require a final clean after the sillcone has fully dried.

This property was suffering from rising damp. A new damp proof course has been installed and repairs made to the exterior screed before painting.
